Global Emergency Assistance

One of the great benefits of Cash Passport is that if you lose your card or it’s stolen, your funds can be replaced quickly. Our dedicated team is on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help. If your card goes missing call us straightaway on a number below, and we’ll cancel it, giving complete protection to your funds. We can then make appropriate arrangements to minimise the impact on your trip, including emergency cash replacement.

Cash Passport is PIN-protected, so no one can access your funds without your PIN.

If you notice any transactions on your account that are incorrect or that you don’t recognize please call our 24 hour helpline immediately. If you believe your PIN or any other security information may have been compromised please call us.

If you have two cards for a single Cash Passport account and you lose one of these cards you can still access your funds using the additional card, without having to wait for a replacement card.

We can also arrange for emergency funds to be made available, up to the balance of your card, sent to you via our global money transfer network free of charge (generally within 20 minutes but up to 24 hours in more remote locations).
