BA Double Miles, plus 0% commission
Terms and Conditions 29/06/08 – 31/08/08

Customers of Travelex UK Limited (“Travelex”) purchasing foreign currency at any participating Travelex UK Retail store or batravelmoney.com, holding a British Airways (“BA”) Executive Club card will be offered double the regular amount of BA Miles and 0% commission on the following terms and conditions:

Buy Back Plus Terms & Conditions for Online Ordering

  1. This offer only applies to orders collected from a UK Retail store or made at batravelmoney.com by the customer between 29th June and 31st August 2009 inclusive.
  2. A BA Executive Club card must be presented at the point of sale or collection for BA Miles to be awarded.
  3. Customers can transact online at www.batravelmoney.com and pick up, at any participating Travelex UK Retail store.
  4. Walk up customers are only eligible for Double Miles when they purchase foreign currency at any participating UK Retail Travelex store and online customers are only eligible when ordering at batravelmoney.com. The regular amount of BA Miles that is awarded to a BA Executive Club customer on such a transaction with Travelex is 1 BA Mile per £5 spent transactions up to £109.99, 1 BA Mile per £3 spent for £110 - £224.99 and 1 BA Mile per £1 spent over £225.
  5. The regular amount of BA Miles on the transaction will be credited to the customer 31 days after the order has been collected. Double BA Miles on the transaction will be credited to the customer two months after their order has been collected.
  6. If a customer opts for Buy Back Plus on their transaction, the regular amount of BA Miles on the transaction will be credited to the customer once the 31 day Buy Back Plus period has expired. Double BA Miles on the transaction will be credited to the customer a month after the original BA Miles have been awarded. The amount of BA Miles to be credited to the customer will be calculated on the basis of the actual amount spent by the customer with Travelex (any foreign currency amount returned to Travelex under the Buy Back Plus scheme will not qualify for BA Miles)
  7. No cash or other alternative to the double BA Miles or the 0% commission is offered to the customer.
  8. Walk up customers are only eligible for 0% commission when they purchase foreign currency at any Travelex departure shop at Heathrow Airport when exchanging over £300 or at Gatwick Airport exchanging over £250 or online customers ordering at batravelmoney.com
  9. This offer is only valid on cash foreign exchange transactions, does not apply to Sterling travellers cheques transactions or the purchase of Cash Passports and is not valid in conjunction with any other Travelex offers.
  10. Travelex reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect when posted on the website www.travelex.co.uk

  12. This offer is subject to the laws of England & Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
