Our UK retail team joins with our other regions globally to form the world's largest retail foreign exchange network. We provide international travellers with foreign exchange services and products at many of the world's major airport and seaport gateways, as well as high street locations and key tourist areas. We are a one stop shop for all travel money needs. Such products and services include Cash Passports, buying and selling of foreign currencies, drafts and Western Union Money Transfers. Our retail team is the face of our business, and with nearly 1,000 employees in the UK, we are continually looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following to fill our retail roles. Our working hours are 36 or 37.5 hours per week for full time and in line with port and airport operating hours we offer shift patterns which can be a 3 or 4 day shift cycle with flexibility. Shift times vary, but are likely to involve early starts and/or late finishes. Applicants will ideally have retail customer service, cash handling or sales experience, excellent communication skills, be accurate with a keen eye for detail, flexible and reliable. Successful candidates must pass a written test, be able to provide a 5-year checkable history, credit and criminal record checks will also be undertaken. |
