Travelex Global Business Payments Bolsters Global Executive Management Team To Support Its Growth In North America Date: January 5, 2010 Travelex, the world’s largest non-bank provider of international payments and foreign exchange solutions, today announces two new additions to the global senior management team, to support the 2010 growth strategy. Travelex, ranked by the internationally recognized consulting firm TowerGroup as No. 3 globally for innovation in payments particularly in the SME market has committed to an aggressive growth plan worldwide and in particular increasing its operations in North America, France and Japan. To support the growth strategy, David Sear, Divisional MD, has made two key appointments: Vanessa Murden has been appointed executive vice president for global operations and has full responsibility for operations worldwide to ensure customer service excellence and delivery for all international and domestic payment solutions. Prior to this role, Ms. Murden served as the global product development director for Travelex’s Outsourcing business where she was instrumental in launching the pre paid card product. In addition, Jayne Oates joined the global team as the human resources director. In this capacity, she will lead the human resources team worldwide, spearheading all company training initiatives and championing Travelex’s web-based tools for knowledge sharing, learning and performance management. Ms. Oates has previously worked with leading firms such as Wirecard Payment Solutions, WorldPay and Equifax. “It is truly an exciting time for Travelex Global Business Payments and, as we continue to expand our footprint here in North America and globally.
