How do I apply?
- Visit the What roles do we recruit for? section to identify the role that’s right for you
- Go to Current Vacancies to see if there is a role available in the location you are interested in
- If the role/location you are interested in is not currently available click here to register your details you can also choose to be notified of any future opportunities, or click here to search all of our vacancies
- It only takes a few minutes to apply, you will be asked several questions, you will need your CV saved on your computer as you will be asked to copy and paste your CV into your profile when you register
- Remember to visit www.travelex.co.uk/careers on a regular basis to check for any new vacancies

What happens next?
- Your application will be acknowledged within 48 hours and you may be contacted by phone or email for further information
- You may be invited to meet us for an interview or attend an assessment centre. This may include a written test. Please advise us if you have any special requirements
- If you are not selected at any stage, you will receive an email or telephone call advising you
What documentation do I need?
For all our roles, you will need to provide us with the following documentation:
- Passport (for certain roles, we are able to accept a full Birth Certificate and proof of National Insurance number instead of a passport)
- Visa (if required)
- Proof of National Insurance number (card, P45 or P60)
- Proof of your address (bank statement or utility bill)
What checks and references will be undertaken?
Due to the nature of our business all offers of employment are subject to:
- Satisfactory referencing of all employment and education undertaken in the last five years
- A minimum of two personal or character references
- Experian credit check
- Criminal record check
- In certain cases a medical check may be undertaken
Are my personal details kept secure?
Any personal data that you submit via this website will only be used for the purposes of processing your application and will not be passed to anyone outside of the recruitment process for Travelex
