What is the recruitment process?

How do I apply?

• Go to the Position Descriptions section to identify a role that’s right for you
• Go to the Search and Apply section to see if the role and location you are interested in is currently vacant
• If the role and location you are interested in are not currently available, you can still send us your details and we will keep them for future opportunities
• It only takes a few minutes to apply. You will need your CV
• Click “Apply Now”
• You will be asked some questions and to send your CV

What happens next?

• Your application will be acknowledged and reviewed and you may be contacted by phone or email for more information
• You may be invited to meet us for an interview or at an assessment centre. This may include a written test. Please advise us if you have any special needs
• If you are not selected at any stage, you will receive an email or telephone call advising you

What documentation do I need?

For all our roles, you will need to provide us with the following documentation

• Passport
• Visa (if required)
• Proof of National Insurance number (card, P45 or P60)
• Proof of your address (bank statement or utility bill)
• For certain roles, we may be able to accept a birth certificate and NI instead of a passport

What checks and references do I need?

Due to the nature of our business all offers of employment are subject to

• Satisfactory referencing of all employment and education undertaken in the last five years
• Personal or character references
• Experian credit check
• Criminal record check
• In certain cases a financial sanction check and medical check may be undertaken

Are my personal details kept secure?

Any personal data that you submit via this website will only be used for the purposes of processing your application and will not be passed to anyone outside of the recruitment process for Travelex.
