Central London Same Day Delivery Service Terms & Conditions
Travelex Same Day Delivery Service is provided by Travelex Currency Services Limited. Registered Office: Travelex 4th floor, Kings Place, 90 York Way, N1 9AG. Registered in England and Wales under number 3797356 ("Travelex"). Travelex reserves the right to assign or subcontract its obligations under these terms and conditions to any other member of the Travelex group of companies.
Minimum order £300, maximum order £2,500.
Full payment will be taken at time of order being placed.
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.
Exchange rate applied to transaction is secured on order date.
Order must be collected within 20 minutes of the courier arriving at the delivery address.
Orders will be delivered on the same day of the order being placed where orders are received prior to 2pm. If an order is received after this time the option will be offered for next day delivery.
A delivery window will be supplied by the telephony team for when your order will be delivered at the time of placing your order.
Orders can be placed by phone on business work days Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. This excludes public holidays or bank holidays when the service will not be operational.
Photographic ID (passport or drivers licence), order reference number and payment card must be presented to the courier before order can be collected.
Orders must be collected by the person who placed the order and cannot be supplied to anyone acting on the customer’s behalf.
If unacceptable ID is presented the order will be refunded in full less the delivery fee of £19.95 to the payment card that was used at the time of order placement. Refunds can take up to 3-5 working days to be processed by your card issuer.

Deliveries will only be made to a registered business/office location. No home addresses will be accepted for this service.
All customers may be required to provide additional information following the placement of their order by telephone; this may require us to ring customers so correct contact information is required. Orders will be cancelled in the event that such further information is not provided to Travelex’s satisfaction. Customers will be notified in advance of their order being cancelled prior to the point of agreed delivery.
An alert SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided to us five minutes prior to delivery, however this is unable to be guaranteed due to external factors beyond the control of Travelex. We use a third party to provide these SMS alerts which are automatically generated. Your mobile number will not be used for any other purpose and no marketing messages will be sent by us or our third party, unless you have instructed us to do so.
Any order placed through our contact centre via telephone where the payment method chosen is via credit card will be subject to a 1.5% card handling fee (min £4.00, max £15.00). A cash handling fee may also be added by the card issuer for the purchase of travel money after the transaction has taken place, please contact your card issuer for further details.
There will be no card handling fees applied if the chosen payment method is by debit card.
The same day delivery service only applies to selected post codes within central London these postcodes are listed as follows: EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1, WC2, W1, W2, SE1, E1, E14, SW1, SW3, SW7, N1 and NW1.
Where an order is taken for a post code that is not within the SDDS criteria the order will be cancelled and a notification supplied to confirm that a full refund will be made to the payment card used at order placement.
Operation of the same day service and postal codes for same day delivery may be subject to change at Travelex’s discretion. This service can be withdrawn at any point and orders rejected at the company’s discretion.
