Airports and Seaports
In this customer facing role, you will buy and sell foreign currency to our retail customers. You will identify their needs and offer our range of financial and travel-related products. This is a varied role and will draw on your selling, customer service, communication, detail and numeracy skills.
Sales Managers have a vital role in the team and need to be energetic, enthusiastic and proactive in their approach to sales. You must have the capability to drive business results at a fast pace by energising, motivating and focusing your sales team to meet and exceed their sales targets whilst managing their daily activities.
Location Operations Co-ordinators
This role is essential for the co-ordination of all operational functions to ensure the efficient running of the sales location. Amongst other duties, you will be responsible for our audit, security and health and safety checks, stockholdings, ATM replenishment, team rosters and administration.
Location and Area Managers
This role provides strong leadership to a location or group of retail locations with P&L responsibility. Accountable for achieving key result areas, you will be focussed on delivering excellent customer service and sales as well as managing the relationship with our respective landlords.
Travel Money Advisors
You will be buying and selling foreign currency, plus travellers cheques and our Cash Passport product to customers at our supermarket partnerships. Delivering excellent customer service and maximising on sales opportunities, this role will suit confident communicators who enjoy interacting with customers and meeting targets. Many of these roles are part time with flexible hours.
This challenging position involves managing a small team of travel money advisors and being responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop. The role will suit someone with proven management or supervisory experience, a passion for customer service and the drive to exceed targets.
We have ambitious expansion plans for our supermarket networks so will have opportunities available up and down the country.
Area Team Leaders and Regional Managers
Our management team provide strong leadership to a group of Travel Money locations covering an area of between 8 to 20 stores. Accountable for achieving key result areas, you will be focussed on delivering excellent customer service and sales as well as managing the relationship with our in-store partners.

Head Office & Support Roles
UK Currency Services have offices in London, Peterborough, Hounslow, Frimley and Billericay. From these locations, we have teams in Finance, IT, Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Customer Services, Audit, Compliance, Legal and Training.
Sales Centre Peterborough
Our expert team manage inbound telephone calls from both personal and business customers within our state-of-the-art sales centre in Peterborough. We recruit for our busy summer peak trading period, so many of our positions are initially offered as seasonal contracts. Customer Service Representatives
In this fast paced environment, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls swiftly and accurately. You will answer customer queries, advise on currency requirements, process orders and arrange delivery. This role will draw on your customer service, sales and communication skills. French-speakers are required for certain roles.
Customer Service Specialists
In this customer service role you will be assisting consumer and business customers with more complex enquiries and supporting our sales teams.
Team Leaders are responsible for coaching and developing our customer facing team members. Key accountabilities include performance management, customer service delivery, efficiently allocating a fair workload to the team, prioritising actions and monitoring resources to ensure deadlines and service standards are achieved and supporting team members to achieve sales targets.
Currency Services - Frimley
Our Cashiers are required to accurately count, balance, pack and unpack foreign currency notes for distribution to and from various partner organisations. Cashiers are also required to work in our Mail Room sorting packets by location and carriers.
Responsible for workflow management to ensure work is accurately prepared and deadlines met. They manage teams of between 8 - 10 Cashiers, managing their team’s daily performance.
