In 2016, we have been looking at the 'History of the Holiday'.

We’ve gathered together the six different holidays ranging from Ancient Roman escapes to holidays in the future and we want to know which of the six you'd most like to go on the most!

From the holiday that receives the most votes, we’ll choose a winner at random who'll receive an essential holiday bundle (Two Lonely Planet guides, a Scratch Map and a Travel Journal). Great prizes and it'll certainly help you plan your 2016 holidays.

Voting closes when the clock strikes midnight on the 14th February, so make sure you cast your vote in time!
