Travel Money App Promotions Terms And Conditions

Travelex Money Card – Mobile App Top Up Campaign Terms and Conditions:

Minimum top up limit on your Travelex Money Card (“TMC”), powered by Mastercard®, is decreased from £50 to £20 exclusively in Travelex Travel Money App (“App”) (“Promotion”).

  1. The Promotion starts on 13 January 2025 at 08:00 am (GMT) and ends on 31 July 2026 at 08:00 am (GMT) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. During the Promotion Period, the minimum top up amount via App onto your TMC will be reduced from £50 to £20. After the Promotion Period, the minimum top-up amount will revert to £50.
  3. This Promotion is available to all existing and new TMC holders.
  4. The Promotion is available to customers who are 18 years of age or older and UK residents.
  5. The Promotion is only applicable to top-ups made through the App.
  6. All other fees and charges, as set out in the TMC T&Cs, remain applicable during the Promotion Period.
  7. This Promotion is subject to the TMC T&Cs, which continue to apply during the Promotion Period.
  8. This Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
  9. We reserve the right to suspend, modify or cancel this Promotion or amend these T&Cs at any time without notice, for any reason, and without liability to any customers for doing so.
  10. We accept no responsibility for customers not successfully completing transactions due to any kind of technical maintenance, disruption, fault, including any technical issues or failures on our part, such as system maintenance or outages, software bugs, hardware malfunctions, or network disruptions.

Rate Sale Terms and Conditions

The “Rate Sale” promotional rates are preferential rates compared to the standard rate of the day on Travelex.co.uk. The Rate Sale starts at 8:00am (GMT) 02/02/2026 and ends at 8:00am (GMT) 04/02/2026 (Rate Sale Period). Due to constant market and currency fluctuations, the rates during the Rate Sale cannot be compared to another day’s rates on Travelex.co.uk. The Rate Sale prices may be adjusted without notification during the Rate Sale but will always be preferential to the rates otherwise available on the Website and on the Travelex Money App where the Rate Sale has not taken effect. The rate sale is valid on all orders made via travelex.co.uk and through the Travelex Money App only.
