To access Boingo Wifi, you must register for a Boingo account within 12 months of buying your Travelex Money Card. Please note that Wifi access is limited to three months from registration. Each time you top up your card, you will be able to access Wifi for an additional three months only.

How to access Boingo Wifi
- Verify your eligibility on Boingo’s website by entering your card number on mastercard.boingo.com (this will take up to 24 hours*)
- Once verified, register for a Boingo account
- Download the Boingo app or visit their site to find hotspots in your area and login to your account
- Register up to 4 devices and enjoy your free three months Wifi with Boingo
*If your card was delivered to your home, you need to activate it first. You will then need to verify your eligibility on mastercard.boingo.com, and this may take up to 24 hours. If you purchase or collect your card at a Travelex store, just verify your eligibility at mastercard.boingo.com which may take up to 24 hours.

If you want to access Boingo Wifi, you must register for a Boingo account within 12 months of buying your Travelex Money Card. Please note that Wifi access is limited to three months from registration.
Each time you top up your card with £100 or more, you will be able to access Wifi for an additional three months by re-activating your Boingo account.
You can use Boingo Wifi at:
- Over 1 million global hotspots
- Thousands of hotels (including Marriott, Hilton and Accor), retail locations, cafes and restaurants
- Hundreds of airports
You can enjoy simultaneous worldwide access for up to four devices without worrying about data caps or roaming fees.
Please note that you can only access Boingo Wifi networks overseas and you cannot access Boingo Wifi in the country where you bought your Travelex Money Card.
- How many devices are allowed on one account at a time?
The device limit for Boingo Wifi for Travelex Money Card holders benefit accounts is 4 devices, and can include any combination of smartphones, tablets and laptops.

If you top up your card with £100 or more and want to access Boingo wifi, visit mastercard.boingo.com to re-activate your account.
After you re-activate your account, you will be able to access Boingo wifi for three months only.
- Where can I connect to Boingo?
You can locate accessible hotspots by visiting http://wifi.boingo.com or downloading the Boingo Wi-Finder app. There is a map of hotspots on the website as well as on the mobile app by using the Wi-Finder hotspot locator.
Please note that you can only access Boingo Wifi networks overseas and you cannot access Boingo Wifi in the country where you bought your Travelex Money Card .
